Peregrine (Pip) the kittypet
Peregrine is a cat of complex personality
Age doesn't have much to say when it comes to Pip. At only 8 moons old, sometimes he feels like he's lived a lot longer in just the last few alone.
Contrary to most young cats his age, Peregrine is rather shy and withdrawn. When in the company of someone he doesn't know he's very slow and quiet, almost tiptoeing around them- as though any sudden movements would attract some kind of aggression or anger. Most of the time he withdraws himself into a tight little shell, and very few have managed to crack it open enough to get to the real feline that refuses to emerge on his own.
Soft-spoken and deliberate in most company, some would say he's unsociable, but the reality is that he's quite friendly.
In reality, he's simply afraid of making anyone angry, and keeps himself in check all the time. There's been very few times where he's allowed his playful and curious self to peek out, and while those have been his more enjoyable times, they haven't lasted very long.
When drawn out of his shell, Pip is a very kind and gentle cat who enjoys adventure and mystery as much as the next cat his age. He's enamored by the world and loves to roll around in the neighbors' gardens, enjoying the scent of flowers and cut grass while imagining himself doing amazing feats and doing incredible tasks.
When comfortable and in a place he doesn't feel shy or scared, it becomes clear that he's an imaginative and fairly intelligent young tom who wants nothing more than to be free of his loud and angry twoleg.
