Sunkit
Running through the forest at top speed, she could feel her powerful muscles tighten under her glossy pelt, the wind rushing in her ears, and the ground pounding under her paws. She was so close, to what she was unsure, but she could tell she was almost uppon it. She could see a clearing up ahead. Just a few more tail lengths and she would be there...
Sunkit woke with a start and opened her blue-green eyes to look around, yawning widely. She had been curled up next to her sister and mother, neither of them woke has she stumbled to her paws. Good. They need to stay asleep. She though to herself, flicking her ear. Turning to view the world around her, the distance was blurry at first, but grew clear in seconds. She fixed her eyes on what appeared to be brownish grey puffball on the other side of the nursery. Careful to stay quiet, and not wake the others, she crept up to the brown tabby kitten who lay there, asleep next to another queen.
With one small golden paw, Sunkit reached out and prodded the other kittens flank. When he did not move, she did it again a little harder. When he opened his dark green eyes to glare up at her, she quickly flicked her tail so it covered his mouth, preventing him from waking any others up. With another flick of her tail, she let the tabby know that she wanted him to follow her.
Picking silently around the sleeping queens and kits, Sunkit made her way to the nursery exit and pushed through. She found a patch of early morning sunlight and streatched all her muscles out before laying down in the sun. The camp was quiet this early, just after dawn. Sunkit could still smell the fresh scents of the dawn patrol that had just left. She couldn't help but wonder when the hunting patrol would also leave. She hadn't eaten much the night before and was quite hungry. Pushing the thoughts of fresh kill out of her mind the best she could, Sunkit settled down and began to clean her golden yellow pelt. She had always loved her coat color, mostly because not many others has the same pelt. She had always been a kit that liked her appearance. She would often stop to clean her pelt, making sure it was shiny and pretty. Noticing a small group of cats in the middle of camp, Sunkit felt a flicker of curiosity. What is going on over there? The rustling at the nursery entrance caught her attention, and she forgot all about the cats in camp and bounded over to the emerging kit.
"Twistedkit!" She purred.

Notes: Sunkit is oblivious to what's going on in camp most of the time
