Rise and Shine (Open)

Whitetip didn’t usually leave came on his own. Of course he’d always been welcome to, even if it caused his sisters some concern. However, company and someone to watch his bad was rarely turned away in most cases. Yet, with the camp still as the clan went about their business, and none of the aforementioned family in sight, he took it upon himself to break out of the camp and actually find something useful to do with himself. There had to be something, right? With a hum in his throat and head held high, the tom slowly made his way out through the gorge tunnel and out into the wind, swaying a little as his paws unevenly moved across the ground, one left, one right, one a little further to the right, then much further that way again.

His uneven gait carried the tom out into the grass, the winds blowing down across the moorlands, among the scattered rocks and small hollows that scattered across the territory. It was near some of these rocks that sat downhill to him, no doubt acting like a windbreak, that Whitetip stopped, a black form standing out against the rich greens and gray of the territory. The warrior stilled, as least as much as he could, a tremor shaking at his form almost immediately as the tom’s ears pricked straight. “G’day, down there Batpaw!” He called out loudly, barely thinking of the prey that could be around. Swinging around, stumbling slightly, he made his way down toward the rocks. “Taking a break, huh? Been a busy morning?”
