Hello everyone! (or dia duit in Irish haha)
My name is Ruth, but on here I plan to go by Astrid (you can call me either!). I'm a girl in my early teens from Ireland with a profound interest in languages and travelling.
I'm pansexual and very passionate about LGBT issues!
I joined my first RP in 2014, and I'm proud that my writing has improved greatly since then! You guys are my second roleplay and I look forward to spending time with you all.
I am absolutely in love with music, especially pop-punk. My favourite musicians are 5 Seconds of Summer, but I love As It Is, The 1975, DNCE, Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, Halsey, Twenty One Pilots, Neck Deep, PVRIS, Pierce The Veil, and a few more! I was lucky enough to get to go to Florence + The Machine and Ed Sheeran in concert, which were two of the best days of my life! On the 27th of April I'm going to be going to 5SOS and I can't wait!! On July 9th, I'm going to see Beyoncé who is undoubtedly my favourite pop artist <3
My hobbies include listening to music, studying linguistics, watching YouTube videos, roleplaying (obviously!), watching series on Netflix, watching movies (I adore Bollywood!), reading, swimming and trying to exercise in general haha, I also enjoy geocaching, colouring, and poetry. W.B Yeats is my favourite poet!
I speak three languages - English, Irish, and Portuguese which is a work in progress. I am learning German and French too.
