!! honestly, if Lilysong was close to Berryfur then she's alright in Mothfang's book. He'd probably treat her like an honorary daughter especially considering her looking after Peachy. Mothfang would be grumpy as ever but he'd look out for her and probably even go out of his way to make sure she got like the best fresh kill and stuff as a thank you. ROFL like picking it first himself and being like "This is a terrible! You eat this >:c" and giving it to her but it's like the most delicious looking vole so everyone's like omg Mothfang............

YES PLEASE. Squirrel honestly would probably gravitate toward someone who was willing to look past her harsh exterior to see whatever good she had within. She's honestly so desperately in need of that calm but firm friend who would point out to her when she's gone a little too far with something. Especially someone she can vent at sometimes when she talks about things: "That Stoatclaw! I want to claw his pelt off!" or "WHAT IS THIS FEELING? IT'S WARM IN MY CHEST?? I GET IT WHENEVER I'M AROUND THIS SPECIFIC CAT?? HELP?"

cute I'm so down with this! Kit would probably almost immediately love Tigerpaw, and would find her presence especially soothing because of the fact that she deals in herbs. Kit's got some very sparse knowledge of herbs himself, and honestly god he'd just really appreciate Tigerpaw. I can see him working really hard to gain Snakepaw's favor too, and honestly it'd be so good for this boy to have friends his age. He never even had littermates. He'd be so fascinated to be near either of them and interested in how they walk different paths but would want to be friends with them and... it'd be so good. I'm so down with this.

OKAY OKAY OKAY so here's the thing-I think Pear secretly resents Lilysong not just because she is so open and warm to Peachy but also because he's jealous she gets that warmth. It'd be so complicated for him. On the one hand, he'd be upset because she is on Peach's side. On the other, he's struggling with this want to have something he's never had before... a mother. He'd probably look at her as the closest potential to having said mother, but would likely be convinced she hates him (either because he thinks Peachpaw wants her to, or because deep down he knows that what he's doing is actually slightly despicable). He'd be more awkward around Lilysong than any other cat in the Clan and would probably like desperately long to get close to her but feel like he couldn't / didn't deserve to / that she didn't want to. He'd probably also fear that she'd be trying to sabotage his father going through him. He's so... so wary of love and kindness.

yeah! Icepaw's really friendly so honestly he'd love just about anyone (literally even a badger). He'd probably not even notice people looking out for him except to be dopey and be like "OH THANKS! " every now and then ROFL. Honestly he needs people looking after him. This boy would get in so much trouble without something. It'd be interesting for him to have two siblings to bounce off too, because he doesn't get along with Gullpaw right now.

HM well he's been found at the border recently, I'll see how that thread goes. But definitely having someone in the Clan that he can talk about Sloe too would be really nice for him! I think he'd love being pestered about Loner life, he'll probably be really happy to talk about the religion he had with Sloe and what happens beyond Clan borders. He'd especially love talking about Jumper, who was his foster mother for a while. And Sloe. Who... well, he loved her like a parent too.

I'm so down with Ice crushing on her. Honestly he'd prob do it just on pretense for a little while. Pretty sure every cat that becomes Icepaw's friend is going to go through a dopey crush phase.

honestly, she needs all the friends. the more positive the better. it'll bring the best out in her, Squirrel can be... the violent sort. quick to action. she needs people that can let her see she's more than something that burns and burns and consumes and destroys. Squirrel's got a soft spot for anyone who treated her with any sort of decency in her younger years so....

Interesting! I'd be down for a thread to LT with this actually, it'd be interesting to Kit too. He kind of is fascinated with anything to do with the Clans and would certainly pester cats in the area for info about them as much as he could.

OH GOOD, actually he needs someone like this haha. Firewhisker really likes to find the good in others (especially if they're in his own Clan) and honestly he... kinda needs pity. He's just so... anxious. Upset all the time. He needs a bro, someone he can feel safe around and rely on. Someone he'd stand up for even if Rookjaw didn't need his help haha. He's here for that.
