I think it would make a nice twist on her life if she gets this position since she wanted it so bad when she was younger.
Calm: While she is selfish and gets upset she is actually very calm about it. She never snaps at anyone and at times will even explain why she is upset with the other cat in a smooth quick tone. Not once has she gone after a clan mate or even someone of the opposite clan without real reason to, definitely a cat to bring to border arguments.
Adoring: She loves others and thats an understatement. If she likes you she will absolutely adore you till the end of time. You would really have to try to get her to hate you after that point.
Ambitious: She is always trying to be the best of the best, at one point even wanting to be a deputy until realizing that she wanted a family. For now she strives to be the best huntress of the clan though she knows there are others much better than her wandering around.

Duskfeather is a cat of complex personality
Selfish: Everything that she claims will belong to her, she has a hard time sharing and even with those she loves most she doesn't enjoy it. She likes to own things and walk around to flaunt them and if someone walks in and takes it away she doesn't like them in turn all too much. Conception: Swansong and Boulderstep were the best of friends during apprenticeship and through their warrior life. Swansong as an apprentice used to make fun of her friend constantly for his loud walking. Soon after deciding they loved each other they became parents, the two quite excited and even happier when a little brown kit was born, the only one. Swansong decided very quickly to name her Dusk-kit, after her own mother.Kithood: Dusk-kit had a very typical kithood, not much happened to her as she ran around harassing the clan to the best of her abilities. She was a well-liked kit as not having siblings she preferred talking to elders or learning from the apprentices after they came back from training. Actually her favorite thing was learning from the apprentices.
Apprenticeship: As an apprentice she actually had quite the adventure, falling in love with her mentor only to learn he didn't love her in return. While he later passed away Duskfeather was heart broken and decided she wanted to become the best she could be, maybe even be a leader one day as her hopes of becoming a mother with the love of her life was shattered. Swansong regularly consoled her daughter explaining she was young and there was nothing to worry about however it took till she became a warrior that she learned she really was too young.
Warrior: becoming a warrior Duskfeather realized she really did want a family and that she could find love in other places. She dropped her dreams of being leader and now is ready to take on the next step in her life.
