Hi All! It's activity check time!
These are just to get a general sense of who’s active and who’s not around the site, so staff know for mentor/apprentice assignments, and those who want to put adoptions that were taken back up have the chance to reclaim them from members that have gone missing in action.
The only things that are under threat by not replying to this check are any apprentices or mentors your characters have, high ranked characters, and cats who were adopted. If you don’t reply, mentors and apprentices will be reassigned to active characters, and adopted cats (whether or not they were accepted or still pending) will be returned to their original roleplayer for readoption if the roleplayer wishes it.
If you've missed our last one, but are here for this one, make sure you read the thread returning from hiatus and do reply this time around to make sure you're totally safe!
Any characters currently marked in the allegiances from last activity check as inactive and are not present in this check will be removed from roleplay and their claims reopened to keep things moving and keep numbers accurate. No accounts will be touched!
This is also a chance for you to retire any characters you no longer wish to roleplay, either to StarClan or simply turning them into NPCs, which can always be retrieved later!
So, if you’re around the site, just take the five minutes to jump in and mark yourself as active in our books, and make sure your characters are handled and paired with the most active cats possible. Just reply here, using the form below. High ranks, you'll have an extra form to fill out this month!

High Ranks! We are going to be buckling down on activity from now on, as a few of the cats in high rank positions just aren't being used, or used enough. You will be required to show both plot replies and IC posts that you have done during the month in this check. You can do these posts or plot replies during the time of the check, that's fine, but if we see a trend next month of only heavy posting during the week of the check and not throughout the month, questions will be asked. Remember, if you're going to be away or not able to be posting put up an absence thread so we know. If there's a thread for evidence we can use, we will expect only a fair amount of you. Remember, you should be at a minimum doing four posts a month, but we expect more.
