I'm posting this here since it is an ongoing thing that doesn't really require specific spots to be filled for it to move. It's more of a group happening than a planned story arc.
My WindClan warrior, Skipperwing, discovered early on that apprentices of different ages can find it extremely hard to find free time for friendship. The life of a warrior is busy, and it makes it that much harder when they are not at the same level in their training. He saw a need and decided to fill it by creating a band of young cats. It was a long time coming, but in the last couple of moons he has managed to finally bring it to fruition. At its start, it is just Skip and a few close friends. These will be warriors between 12 and 20 moons. Any cat over 20 moons is up to your discretion as to whether they would hang out with these young cats or the older warriors. These cats will remain the nexus of the group, even as other cats start to join in.
Soon, he starts to reach out to apprentices and any other young warriors. The final age range will be from 6-20 moons, though the youngest apprentices will not be able to participate as much. The group starts to operate on two different levels to maintain the atmosphere that Skip wants. The first is through hunting parties and even relaxed training sessions. Walks through the territory, basically just small chances to relax and spend some down time with friends while still helping your clan.
Where the first is all accepting and aims to offer time for friends to have fun, the second is a bit more elite. Midnight forays into the territory, ridiculous dares and pranks, this part of the group is a bit more underground. Sure, older warriors know that parties of warriors troop out of camp, but no one really know what they do out there. This is for mostly the warriors of the band, but it is also used to push the apprentices to strive for improvement. Sometimes, if an apprentice does something particularly impressive or is brave enough to ask Skip, they will be granted the honor of accompanying the warriors on one of their mysterious trips.
This thread is mostly for keeping track of everyone who wants to participate in these group threads. Please post below with your cat's name, a link to their bio, and which part of the group they are to be in. That bit is mostly to the warriors, whether they are part of the founding group of 2 or 3 or later additions.

What's that, you ask? A first mate? Ah, yes. Skip will have chosen probably one of the apprentices to be close to. It's quite an honor, since Skip usually doesn't hang out with people one on one. Though the apprentice may not know it, Skip is doing it because he wants to have someone, in case the group is a success, who would be able to lead when Skip gets older. This role doesn't have to exist but if you have a particularly charismatic, adventurous apprentice who would fit the bill, feel free to shoot me a suggestion.
