Alright my loves,
There is no easy way to put this. I became inactive and for that I'm so sorry. I faced a bad break up in December two/three days before Christmas and less than a week later was homeless then ended up staying with my ex which wasn't comfortable and awkward. I came back around February that from my doctor - finally got insurance - that I was ill. They thought I had an abdominal blockage. So, concerned for my health I began to freak out a bit. A day before my cat scan was scheduled I went in for my 3rd depo shot (birth control yo) they told me they couldn't give me the shot. I was like wth, why not? You are pregnant. Excuse me? I was shocked, afraid, confused. I told my primary doctor and they immediately cancelled the cat scan. A week later I went in to see how far along I was thinking I'm 4-5 weeks tops. I was scared to death. I'm 24, had an okay job, no one to lean on and was about to have to rent a room as was because NYC rents. The lady informs me I have no options. I'm 32 weeks pregnant - that's eight months. I was literally in shock for about a week and half. I have to plan for a baby in 4-8 weeks? I have to inform my ex he is going to have a child in this world? It was so much to take it. I was overwhelmed.
From the bottom of my heart - I'm sincerely sorry for dropping off the earth during dec-now. I love this site and I feel like I did it such a wrong having to put it down for moment. I just had to get my life back in order. Now, I'm a proud mom to a perfectly happy baby boy born May 7th named Colton. He's actually the best thing that's ever happened to me and given me a purpose when I really wasn't sure I had one anymore. The love I have for this boy can't be described. Luckily, my ex manned up and now we co-parent. So, we live in separate bedrooms and are raising our son together in the meantime. I feel like my life is slowly coming back together and have decided to return to the site slowly with my favorite character Half-face of SkyClan. Please join me in posting and accept my most humble apology.
