ACTIVITY CHECK #6
It's the end of another month, so time for another check! This one is a day earlier than the usual, simply due to some impending time restrictions from a lot of people. So it's important we get a sense of who's around sooner. This check will end on the 29th of June (GMT +10).
As taken from the rules, not responding will have the following effect:
Activity checks are held once a month and all members, new or old, are expected to reply to them. Not replying to an activity check the first time will have all characters retired from roleplay, and any that were adopted returned to their original roleplayer. If the member then does not reply to a second activity check, their account will be marked as an inactive account, and a PM will be sent to alert them of this fact. At the next activity check, they will receive an email alerting them that should they not respond to a third check, their account will be deleted. Should they not reappear before the check and either return or voice that they wish to keep the account, the account will be deleted.
Now! To be deemed safe, you'll need to reply to this thread using the following form. Due to low activity, we will not be aging up this month and will instead do it at the end of July, so make sure you take advantage of the extra time for the current age of characters! However, we will be retiring all IC threads that have not been replied to since March 14th. So, if you want to continue a thread that hasn't been replied to since this time, all you need to do is have someone reply to keep it safe. Otherwise, if you speak to staff, or already have about keeping certain threads, something can be arranged. If you have threads to retire, due to being finished or dead, please retire them here.
Please take this time to look at your existing characters and decide if any need to be retired. Remember, if you retire a character that is not adopted, you are more than welcome to pick them up again in the future, you just need to send a staff member a PM! Sometimes it's best to retire a character and pick them up later, rather than keep them hanging around and aging up without much progress.
If you decide not to post as a sign that you do not wish to continue on CTS, please, post a thread to say so in the absences board, or send me a PM. You don't have to tell us why, however we would appreciate knowing so everyone has closure around the issue.
