So Rabbitear is more or less just a shithead. He loves questioning authority, flirting with no real aim, starting arguments out of nothing, smooth talking, and ultimately causing other cats headaches. He is loyal and cares deeply for those he loves, but has a cool, apathetic exterior. He's annoyed extremely easily, so for friends I would think they would need to be either incredibly patient and level-headed to balance him out, or similar to him so they can share in mutual annoyance. Anything in between would be likely to get on his nerves. THOUGH the idea of a younger cat than him, maybe one quite positive in nature, growing on him progressively is an interesting idea.
As for romance, Rabbit would do well with a couple flings. Just flirting and playing, as he is quite flighty in his relationships. Him settling down would require a very special cat, but I'm open to all and any ideas! Eventually I would like him to meet a she-cat that changes how he feels about romance blah blah blah and potentially have some babies.
Enemies, of course, could be many. because of his lazy, prickly attitude, any cat that feels strongly about the warrior code and duties would be very likely to dislike him. As well, with his lack of care towards others' feelings, its very possible that he steps on a few toes.

Hence, her friends will have to either sprint to keep up with her or be happy with being left behind sometimes. She'd welcome any sort of friendship, though she does have a bit of a hot temper on certain days.
She loves too much too fast. Her affections tend to come and go like the tide, but the emotions at the time are strong and true. She had a budding romance with her old mentor, but both parties decided they were better as friends. Thus, she's ready to be swept off her feet again (at least for the day).
Enemies could be anyone irked by her endless energy. I would be. Like slow down Sunstream please you are exhausting. She has no filter, as well, and says whatever she pleases, which could come across as offensive. Threats to her family's security would be immediately labelled as enemy.

Siren is deeply cold, manipulative, cruel, and broken. She has no qualms with ruining someone's life. Born outside the clans, her brother's presently live in ThunderClan, as to which she briefly spent time in after healing from a badger attack. Essentially, she is the product of a broken heart and the resulting frenzied murder afterwards. She carries a lot of repressed guilt and a lot of pent-up insecurities. Her friends would not be friends- they would be tools. She doesn't do anything that doesn't in some way benefit her personally, so the only way she would play nice with others is if they were useful to her.
Love is essentially out of the question unless she gets some serious shit fixed. Romance is such a far-off concept now. Deep down she feels hopelessly unlovable and therefore could never trust (or let close enough) anyone to be truthful in their emotions.
Ah, yeah, pretty much everyone can be an enemy. Poor cats wandering outside territory lines, those confronting her when she wanders a little too close, travelling loners, etc etc. She's going to be in the rogue plot at some point, so there's that too.

Hailpaw is a big aggressive dirtbag. He is deeply ambitious, spurred by his overbearing, cruel father, and has a very hot temper. He is in the works of becoming a skilled warrior, though his dark tendencies could be developing dangerously. He's also getting progressively more manipulative but is ultimately an insecure little kitty just trying to please his dad.
For friends, I imagine him gravitating toward cats with similar values as him. Certainly no cat with any sort of un-pure blood meets his standards. He's a bit of a bully, so those with a faint heart probably wouldn't be able to stand his berating and ill temper. At some point, I would like him to have a more positive influence in his life, but getting to the point where he trusts and can confide in said person will take a lot of work. He's very firmly under his father's paw. Maybe a gentle, good-natured cat that eventually grows on him?
Enemies could be a multitude of cats. The lazy, the lacking, and those not pulling their weight are the most obvious. He has no patience for the weak, especially elders. Any cat from another clan would automatically be classified as enemy, as he has very strong loyalties to ThunderClan. As well, cats he may see as competition could be a rival.
He's still a little beb, but romance could begin blossoming through his apprenticeship. I'm pretty much open for any ideas.

She's kind, and extremely self-sacrificial, but avoids starting conversations or being noticed at all costs. She has some reckless tendencies that are emotionally and physically hazardous. I want her to gain more confidence, essentially, and come to terms with the fact that she had no part in her brother's death.
Her only friend as of now is her brother, Nettleheart. If her clan mates are willing to be soft spoken and gentle, she (with some coaxing) could be a caring, doting friend. She never wants to be a burden to others, hence would never ask them of anything.
Many could see her as weak - she is meek on the best of days. Any cat who admires ambition and strength would certainly not like her.
