ACTIVITY CHECK #4
It's that time again everyone. It's been fantastic to see so many people around and getting back into everything after that quiet period we had! So, it's time to start cleaning things up from here on!
So! Please respond to this check as soon as possible. It will end March 29th (GMT +10), so the sooner the better. If we notice a distinct lack of replies it may be extended, however we'd prefer if everyone could post as soon as possible.
As taken from the rules, not responding will have the following effect:
Not replying to an activity check the first time will have all WIP character retired, have apprentices removed from a mentor till the member returns, have mentors removed from any apprentices, any high ranked characters will be demoted, and any characters that were adopted from other members will be retired from roleplay and their idea returned to the original roleplayer to adopt out once again. All original characters will just be marked in the allegiances as inactive, but will otherwise be left as they are. If a member doesn’t return after the check, and does not reply to a second activity check, all remaining original characters will be retired from roleplay. If the member still doesn’t return, and fails to respond to a third activity check, and has not logged on between the second and third checks, their account will be marked as a legacy account, and an email will be sent to them, asking if they wish to return. If after two weeks there is no response, or it is agreed not, the account will be deleted.
While no emails went out last check to give people a chance to resurface, this check on the third missed will result in emails to try and start cleaning out some of the long abandoned accounts of the site.
Now! To be deemed safe, you'll need to reply to this thread using the following form. Please make sure you have a good think about your characters and what you have time for, as this is a good point to retire any characters you no longer have interest or time to manage. Remember, if you retire a character that is not adopted, you are more than welcome to pick them up again in the future, you just need to send a staff member a PM!
If you decide not to post as a sign that you do not wish to continue on CTS, please, post a thread to say so in the absences board, or send me a PM. You don't have to tell us why, however we would appreciate knowing so we can be upfront and retire characters that will no longer be used.
