[attr="class","pbox"]pumpkinpatch summoned all of his inner calm, in order to make himself as quiet as possible. breathing shallowly through his nose, his belly fur barely brushed the ground as he sank into a crouch and padded forward. his legs were bent, ears flattened, eyes narrowed. looking all the deadly predator that a little tortoiseshell tom with a tuft of fur standing up on his head could, the warrior snaked forward. his orange gaze penetrated the bushes, honing in on his prey. silent in his ascent, he leaped, landing on broad shoulders as he tackled silverantler.
"got one!" the little warrior exclaimed, giving his best ferocious growl as he bit down on silverantler's ear with a very light touch, fangs just grazing the delicate skin there. he wrapped his paws around the bigger cats neck, attempting to knock him to the ground. "this is an impressive catch..." he mumbled around a mouthful of silverantler's ear. "starclan!! this'll feed the whole clan!! what a beast!" he was careful not to hurt his friend, clinging on against any attempt to dislodge the little pest. "he's a fighter.. but pumpkinpatch, the mighty hunter, can take down any prey!" he growled with determination.
