MIDNIGHTFANG & COUGARSLASH :: These two will get along just fine, I'll bet. Cougar is flirty, easy-going, proud, and high-maintenance, but he keeps his friends close and treats them well. He definitely would have flirted with Midnight too. But maybe the relationship here is more father/son or older brother/younger brother in nature?

SILVERANTLER & COUGARSLASH :: Okay, can these two have been a thing? OR OR what if we go with the idea that Silver and Cougar were friends growing up? Maybe Cougar did a loooot of flirting when they were apprentices, but Silver didn't know what he was doing? Maybe Silver was just really oblivious to it, though Cougar's pretty much incurable and would probably flirt with a fern if the wind moved it just right. And following that, they could be friends now?

SANDWISP & FLURRYPAW :: I'm honestly not too sure about them? Flurry's very friendly and sweet, if not a little shy too, so she would always be friendly in Sand's direction. You'll have to tell me how Sand would respond to that treatment.

VERVAINPAW & SPIDERFANG :: Including this literally just because we should rp them soon. Js.

FROSTFIRE & SPIDERFANG :: They'd make amazing enemies. It wouldn't take much at all. Spider loves antagonizing others and starting fights; I feel like they would end up throwing down pretty much right away, if Spider were to look at Frost's family wrong or say something particularly savage. IDK I love finding enemies for him. He has no friends whatsoever, the bastard. 

on cougarslash and midnightfang, i think these two would be good together too!! honestly with the flirting i think cougar would get some hearty laughs and bats across the ear all in good nature. midnightfang is very accepting and malleable when it comes to associating with all cats from all walks of personalities. i think we can take a less familial stand-point though! i don’t think midnightfang would overlook the flirting and brush him off, he would be more obliging about it and i can see them being rl good friends!

with silverantler and cougarslash, i really like the idea that they grew up together and were really good friends! i think it would be cute if we held true that they flirted back and forth, with cougar being very intentional and silver confusing friendship with something more. i think it would be kind of cute if cougar still teased/flirted with him now as they are rly good bros and it would fluster silver and bring back OLD FEELINGS??? idk if you’d be interested in something like that <3

for flurrypaw in relation to sandwisp, i think i make sand come off as cold but she’s more detached than anything else; she isn’t NOT friendly though! she is very obliging to cordialities, but the way she words things/says things can often come off as rude or uncalled for. i think flurrypaw may find herself looking up to sand just because she is very comfortable in her own skin, but there is a chance sandwisp could come across as too critical for her if she tried to guide flurrypaw if she sought out advice.

BRING ON THE HURRICANE THAT WOULD BE SPIDERFANG AND FROSTFIRE. i’m not sure who would start it and who would end it but it would probably be a freaking MESS. though, they are in different clans so it may difficult to set it up… the only thing i can picture is border spat (difficult given they don’t share one ROFL), but idk it’d be hilarious if they tried to get into it out of a gathering.

canarypaw and vervainpaw, omigosh!!! i love this idea a lot. i picture two sassy she-cats who don’t like being told what to do trying to tell each other HOW IT IS. i definitely think they would stay nose-up rivals for a while, but i really want vervainpaw to eventually grow into herself and become a strong young lady (TM). i would love to see them become good/close friends when they become warriors!

concerning rosestar and heatherdew, i actually think this would be a really interesting dynamic. i think she would have thought the omen was fake, of course, pure coincidence or (if she really thought about it) a prank or something purposeful. but while she may believe that it wasn’t starclan-related, she bows easily to any form of authority; she doesn’t grovel to higher-ups per say but she’s willing to do just about anything they say. ironically, heatherdew shares the same prefix as her father’s sister who was killed trying to save heatherdew’s brother mirepaw from the thunderpath. while no one has said anything outright, her surviving brother bramblelegs has always blamed her for being the only surviving cat from that day. SO, there might be an interesting point where rosestar compliments her for having the shared name and it makes heatherdew cringe cos she’s not very fond of her name anymore! SORRY that was a lot. INTERESTING DYNAMIC AHOY.

for rosestar and drakefang, i think we may have something here! while he is not actively ambitious, he would seek to form a relationship with her out of being in her grace (being the leader) more than anything, if only to give him a shot at someday moving up in the clan. he would view her compassion as a weakness, however, probably thinking she wouldn’t have the guts when push comes to shove to really do (what he thinks to be) the right thing. BUT, that all being said, since they would have trained/practically grew up together, i think she would have an easier time communicating with him. depending on what direction i take his history, she may even kind of know how he got to be the way he is!

the babs smallpaw and fruitpaw, HA HA, this is pretty cute. i think fruitpaw would totally be okay with her hanging out in the med cat den, but it might also be cool at some point, further in their friendship, where fruitpaw asks if she will go out with her herb collecting (which would require swimming) and maybe fruitpaw can have a VISION and give her that extra push she needs to hop in the water. <3
